Entry requirements
- You must be aged 19 or over with a full and relevant Level 3 qualification appropriate for the age range with which you are working.
- You must also be working in a position enabling you to gain experience as a leader with the ability to create change, your role must allow you access to leadership decision making including meetings, partnerships, policy development and leading the professional development of others.
